A large home decor retailer named At Home is planning on building a new store at the Compass Creek development in Leesburg. This is the new center that will be home to the Leesburg Walmart and the ION International Training Center ice skating facility just off 267 near the Leesburg Airport.
The Washington Business Journal first reported the news today. According to the WBJ, the new home store will be roughly 88,000 s.f. Other plans for the center include a gas station and possibly some restaurants.
At Home is a national chain with more than 160 stores in at least 33 states. This will be the first one in Loudoun. The closest At Home store to us right now is in Chantilly.
Coming on the heels of the opening of the Homesense store in Sterling last September, this is a great time to be a decorator in Loudoun.
The quality of the At Home merchandise is terrible. All junk
I LOVE this store!
