Just a quick update to our previous story — today, the traffic signals at Belmont Ridge Road and Truro Parish Drive went into operation, making a once dangerous intersection much safer.
Meanwhile, road crews removed most of the barrels and opened the newly expanded four lanes between Truro Parish and Broadlands Boulevard. There are still a few roadwork signs left, so use caution until they get everything 100 percent buttoned up.
