A new Dave & Buster’s sports bar and entertainment center is preparing to open at the Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax County. No, it’s not Loudoun County sadly, but the new location is much closer then the current closest Dave & Buster’s in Springfield. Per Google Maps, it’s roughly 17 miles closer to Ashburn — depending on where you live.
The new location is tentatively scheduled to open on March 25. It has taken over a portion of the Sears store at the mall.
There have long been rumors of a Dave & Buster’s coming to Loudoun County, but nothing has ever solidified.
The giant arcade and game center, which includes a sports bar and restaurant, pulls people from a large region, including many Loudoun County families. The new Fair Oaks location will cut drive times significantly for folks coming from Ashburn and nearby communities.
Shame this isn’t going into Dulles Town Center. That mall is struggling against Tyson’s and the revamped Fair Oaks Mall, especially now that Nordstrom is gone as an anchor.
Is very nice to open but have to reduce his prices at game
This would have been great news for me about 20 years ago! Now…doubt I’ll ever go there.
