Ashburn’s Famous Toastery restaurant at the Loudoun Station development is getting ready to expand.
The popular breakfast and lunch spot will take over an additional 1,200 s.f. of space next door that will be used for various purposes, including a catering kitchen, private meetings and events and even overflow seating for the main restaurant next door.
The new space can seat 40 and will feature audio/visual equipment for meetings. Construction on the new space will begin shortly.
With the new, extra room, Famous Toastery is looking to hire additional staff — always a challenge in the Ashburn area.
