The new sign has been mounted over the door to Loudoun County’s first Quickway Japanese Hibachi restaurant — the biggest sign of progress yet at the new location off Highway 7 in Sterling.
The Burn first reported the Quickway news back in February. The latest location for the regional chain is coming to the ALDI Center, a shopping plaza at the intersection of State Road 7 and Palisade Parkway.
That’s the same center with a Chipotle, a Jersey Mike’s, an AutoZone and the Pure Hockey store.
Quickway has 30+ locations in and around the greater DC area. The fast casual restaurant features a menu that includes chicken, beef, tofu, shrimp and salmon cooked on a hibachi-style grill, then served with vegetables, rice or noodles. There are also sushi rolls, bento boxes, poke bowls and more. You can check out the full Quickway menu here.
While the sign may be up, a glance inside shows there’s still a lot of work to be done finishing construction and setting the store up. So an opening isn’t quite imminent yet.
We’ve reached out to Quickway corporate folks for an anticipated opening, and we hope to have an update soon.
