iCRYO, a new recovery and wellness center at One Loudoun in Ashburn, is just about ready to open its doors. The facility offers a dizzying array of unique services meant to help people reach and stay in top form.
The new business is opening in a spot near the Russell Branch Parkway entrance to the center — next door to a Fidelity office and Pho-Nomenal, an Asian restaurant.
The Burn took a tour of iCRYO today and learned about the Cryotherapy cryo chamber that uses ultra low temperatures to energize the body, relieve muscle pain, and burn calories, along with many other purported benefits.
We also saw Compression Therapy chairs, Infrared Saunas, a Red Light Therapy bed, and an IV treatment room.
Besides the cryo chamber, perhaps the one that piqued our interest the most was the Zerobody Dry Float — a bed covered in plastic covering that you lie on top of while the plastic fills with warm water, providing you with a weightless float without getting wet.
You can see the full menu of therapies and treatments available at iCRYO here.
iCRYO starts a soft opening this Saturday, April 29 — but the first two weeks are exclusively for its founding pass holders. It will open to the general public starting on Saturday, May 13.
