It looks like Purcellville will soon have a new restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine. A sign has gone up announcing that Koyo Ramen is coming to town.
The location is in the Purcellville Center, the shopping plaza at the intersection of East Main Street and North Maple Avenue.
That’s the same center with a McDonald’s, the Gringo Gordo empanada shop, Purcellville EATS, and 900 Degrees Brick Oven Pizza.
The sign has appeared in the window of the approximately 2,600 s.f. space located next door to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
The sign says that Koyo Ramen will be serving ramen — of course — as well as rice bowls and bubble tea. Despite the typo on the sign, it looks like they are hoping to open the restaurant sometime this fall.
