The slowly developing Bram Quarter project in Ashburn’s Brambleton neighborhood has a new tenant joining the upcoming Paris Baguette restaurant. It’s the latest location of Nails at Tiffany’s, a local salon brand.
The striking retail and office building stands at the corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road. It’s the first of several proposed buildings for Brambleton’s newest commercial center.
Earlier this year, Paris Baguette — a huge, international bakery chain specializing in pastries and sandwiches — announced that it would be bringing its first Loudoun County location to Bram Quarter.
Also, well-known local chef Jason Maddens of Ahso Restaurant fame announced he is planning to bring an old-school Italian steakhouse to the center as well.
Bobbio Family Dental is also open in the center in the offices on the second floor. And now comes word that Tiffany’s has leased a spot for its latest nail salon.
The Nails at Tiffany’s brand has two locations locally — one in the Cascades Marketplace center in Sterling and one in the Riverside Commons center on Ashburn’s north side.
There are at least four additional spots to be leased in the first Bram Quarter building, so more announcements about future tenants will hopefully be coming soon.
