The sign was installed Tuesday at Loudoun County’s new Paris Baguette bakery and restaurant and the owners tell us the work at the store is going smoothly.
“We’re still in the thick of construction, but it’s all going well,” Joe Kook said.
As regular readers know, Paris Baguette is opening in the Bram Quarter development in Ashburn’s Brambleton community.
While there are locations in Herndon and Centreville, the Brambleton location will be the first one for the international chain in Loudoun.
Based in South Korea, Paris Baguette specializes in French pastries, breads and desserts while also giving its menu a uniquely Asian influence as well.
You’ll find chocolate croissants next to mochi donuts and baguettes alongside crab meat croquettes.
Right now, the target for opening continues to be sometime in February or March as long as the construction schedule holds. The Paris Baguette team has also started the hiring process and is advertising for team members.
