Another new paint-and-sip art studio is in the works for Loudoun County — this time at the Village at Leesburg off Route 7. It’s called Wine & Design.
It will be taking the approximately 1,300 s.f. space that used to be the Sienna Sky Boutique.
Wine & Design is part of a nationwide chain of casual art studios where people gather as couples or with family and friends and create paintings with the help of an onsite art teacher.
There are often beverages — adult and otherwise — that are enjoyed during these events, thus giving rise to the nickname “paint and sip.”
“What’s better than toasting to a good time with friends? To us, not much. Wine & Design is a fun way to create memories and masterpieces,” reads the company’s website. “Bring your friends or significant other and enjoy a glass of wine during one of our two-hour classes. We’ll provide the glasses, canvases, and paintbrushes as a local artist guides you through the evening, stroke-by-stroke.”
Just last month, Muse Paintbar — another paint and sip concept — opened its first Loudoun location at One Loudoun in Ashburn.
