Northern Virginia is getting a new ramen restaurant — one that will also have a bubble tea shop located inside. The two establishments are called Kyuramen and TBaar. (Get it — TBaar = tea bar.)
They are coming to the Arrowbrook Centre just south of 267 at Exit 10 off Centreville Road.
Kyuramen is a national chain with more than 30 restaurants open or in the works in 14 states. Here in Virginia, the only other Kyuramen location is in Falls Church. That store opened in 2023.
The menu at Kyuramen focuses on various ramen bowls including a Katsuobushi Pork Ramen and a Japanese Curry Ramen.
They also have appetizers such as Purple Sweet Potato Fries and Takoyaki Octopus Balls. And there are chicken and beef burgers served on rice patties instead of buns. You can check out the Kyuramen menu here.
Meanwhile, TBaar is also a national brand with 30+ locations. It offers bubble teas, smoothies, lemonades, and milk foam drinks. You can see the TBaar menu here.
The two entities are taking a roughly 3,700 s.f. space at Arrowbrook. A Paris Baguette bakery is already open in the new center, and a Chinese restaurant and an Indian grocery store are in the works.
We are told that they are targeting a mid-2025 opening.
