Saigon Bistro opens for business this weekend in Sterling

A new Vietnamese restaurant is officially opening its doors in Sterling this weekend. It’s called Saigon Bistro and Sunday, May 26, is the big day.

The new eatery is located in the Sugarland Crossing shopping center off Route 7. That’s the same center with the Lidl grocery store, the Burlington Coat Factory, and the Joann Fabric store.

Saigon Bistro has taken over a spot that was previously a restaurant called Phorever — a pho-focused restaurant.

The new Saigon Bistro has pho on the menu as well, including Steak Pho, Short Rib Pho, and Chicken Pho.

There’s also Vermicelli Salad Bowls, various wok dishes, noodle soups, stews, and more. You can see the full Saigon Bistro menu here.

The restaurant’s team had a test run today, inviting family members and friends to try the menu out before opening to the public on Sunday.
