Work has started on a new fast casual restaurant at One Loudoun. Construction crews are inside the future location of the community’s first Dig restaurant.
The Burn broke the news that Dig was coming to the Ashburn lifestyle center last December. It’s taking over the space near Trader Joe’s that used to be a Zoës Kitchen.
Dig describes its menu as “healthy fast-casual bowls, salads, and comfort food.”
Some of the dishes offered include a Roast Chicken & Asparagus Plate, a Spicy Meatball Plate, and a Crispy Chicken Kale Caesar.
Sides include Marinated Cannellini Beans, Sheet Tray Carrots, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Jasper Hill Mac & Cheese. You can see the full Dig menu here.
The brand has more than 30 locations stretching from Boston to the DC area, but most are currently in and around New York City. When it opens, the One Loudoun Dig should be the first one in Virginia.
