The AllCore 360 looks like something astronauts would do training in over at NASA and that’s because it is. And it’s also a life-changing piece of medical equipment available at just one spot in Loudoun County.
The Integrated Healthcare Centers office in South Riding has one of only 120 or so AllCore 360 machines in the United States.
This amazing training machine takes users and gently tilts them back while they are seated and harnessed into the machine, turning them around in slow 1-minute circles as they simply sit and maintain their position.
This movement effortlessly strengthens your core in 10-minute sessions. Over time, your abdominals, lower back, middle back, chest, and neck all become progressively stronger through the principle of isometric training.
“It’s the equivalent of a 90-minute core workout in just 10 minutes,” said Dr. Vishal Verma, a chiropractor and founder of Integrated Healthcare Centers. “We are using it for people with scoliosis now and also as an adjunct treatment for people who have had back surgery. It’s also great for anyone who doesn’t have time to spend hours on their core at home or in PT.”
As the only clinic offering the AllCore 360 in Loudoun County, Dr. Verma has seen his South Riding office become a main referral choice for many orthopedists, neurologists, and pain management specialists in the area who are trying to help their patients find alternatives to surgery or pain injections.
“Dr. Verma and Dr. Kettle have improved my range of motion and stability,” said IHC client Jenn M. “The AllCore machine has been incredible in improving my posture and my ability to do more in my yoga and workouts.”
Integrated Healthcare Centers opened its doors in 2017. You can find out more about the AllCore 360 and IHC at their website here or give them a call at 703-957-3373.
