Another day — another major retailer getting ready to open its doors in Loudoun County. The latest is the new Container Store coming to One Loudoun.
We’ve been reporting on the progress of the store as construction has been underway and the signage has gone up. Now, the opening day is official — Saturday, July 27.
The date appears on the doors to the store, a sandwich board outside, and on The Container Store website.
A peek inside shows that the shelving and fixtures are up and it looks like the stocking of merchandise is underway.
The Container Store space is more than 17,000 s.f., located across the street from the Barnes & Noble bookstore. The large space was previously Great Gatherings, a patio furniture store.
This is the second national retailer to announce an opening in Loudoun this week. Just yesterday, we reported on the opening date for the new Pottery Barn Outlet store in Leesburg.
