Generous support allows Loudoun County girls to play soccer at no cost

Rose Price is a longtime resident of Loudoun County and proud mother of two daughters who excelled at youth soccer (including one going on to play at college. Now, Price is giving back to her community in a big way. Alongside VLP Financial Advisors, she is sponsoring the PSA Sports Academy’s Girls Fall Soccer program, allowing girls in Loudoun County to attend soccer sessions for free.

This initiative aims to foster a love for the sport, promote physical activity, and build a sense of teamwork and community among the participants.

“Local soccer programs have had such a positive impact on the lives of my girls — Kaela and Taylor — both on and off the field. From great memories to life lessons, I am excited to provide an opportunity for all girls in our Loudon community to benefit from all the game of soccer has to offer,” said Price.

VLP Financial Advisors, an independent local and nationally recognized financial planning firm with which Price is a partner, shares her vision of giving back to the community. The firm is known for its commitment to fostering positive change and supporting local initiatives through their VLP CARES program.

By sponsoring the PSA Girls Fall Soccer program, VLP Financial Advisors and Price aim to remove financial barriers, allowing more girls to participate in the sport they love.

“I want every girl to have the chance to experience the joy and benefits of soccer,” Price said.

The PSA Girls Fall Soccer Program provides an excellent platform for young athletes to develop their skills and enjoy the camaraderie of team sports. Families in Loudoun County can now enroll their daughters without worrying about the cost.

This initiative is not just about promoting physical activity, but also about empowering young girls, building their confidence, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams.

Price and VLP Financial Advisor’s generous sponsorship of the PSA Sports Academy’s Girls Fall Soccer Program is a shining example of community spirit and commitment to the next generation. This fall, as the girls of Loudoun County take to the soccer fields, they will not only be playing a game, but also building a foundation for future success.
