Gymnastics academy headed to new development off LoCo Parkway

A local gymnastics school is relocating in Loudoun County and will become the first signed tenant in a new business park going up in the South Riding area.

Dulles Gymnastics Academy was founded in 1972 and will be moving into the Arcola Center development under construction near where Loudoun County Parkway and Dulles West Boulevard meet. That’s just north of Highway 50 and South Riding.

That intersection may ring a bell because it was just the other day that we reported how plans for a new Target department store had been finalized for that same area. The Target will be going into an adjacent retail development called the Shops at Arcola Center.

The business park where Dulles Gymnastics Academy is landing will consist of four buildings. The school is taking roughly 17,000 s.f. for its new facility. That particular building is expected to be completed in early 2025.

The academy currently has a location on East Severn Way in Sterling.
