A new ice cream shop has started scooping out cones and sundaes at the Reston Town Center. It’s called Ice Cream Jubilee.
The Burn first broke the news about the shop coming to the RTC back in July 2023. It’s been a long haul since then, but the shop has finally opened.
According to the Ice Cream Jubilee website, the brand has four locations open currently — including two in DC, one in Arlington, and now the Reston locations.
Three more locations are in the works — including another DC spot, one in Falls Church, and one in Maryland.
The menu includes flavors such as Passionfruit Guava Sorbet, Banana Bourbon Caramel, Mint Chocolate Brownie, and the cheekily named “Marionberry” — which is the actual name of a berry, but it’s also a play on the name of a former mayor of Washington, DC.

That’s a few doors down from the Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, kitty corner from Pisco y Nazca, and across the park from Barcelona Wine Bar and Bartaco.
