All Ages Read Together (AART) is excited to host their 12th Annual Halloween Hoedown on Saturday, October 26.
This all-ages fundraiser promises a night of fun and festivity for all ages from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at River Farm in Leesburg, located at 16009 River Farm Lane.
Attendees can enjoy live music and line dancing, incredible food, and even a mechanical bull. The event also features a silent auction with unique items and incredible vacation packages.
AART’s mission is to provide free kindergarten readiness classes to underserved children across Northern Virginia.
They are already on track to deliver over 2,000 hours of instruction and hope to grow this number in the coming years.
“This event is something I look forward to every year! I love bringing our community together to celebrate all of the hard work our teachers and volunteers put into making every day in class a great day for our students. It really emphasizes the impact that one person can have on a child’s life,” said Michelle Sullivan, the Executive Director at All Ages Read Together.
AART’s goal is to raise at least $35,000 for their students, and 100% of funds raised will help AART continue serving their community.
