A new seafood restaurant is in the works for Loudoun County. It’s called JW’s Fish & Biscuits.
According to online documents, JW’s will be moving into a spot at 101 Executive Drive in Sterling. That’s tucked on a back road filled with offices and warehouses just north of Route 606/Old Ox Road.
Local foodies may recognize that address. That same building was the home to Johnny Ray’s Sultry Soul Food until Johnny Ray closed his Sterling location back in August.
Details about JW’s Fish & Biscuits are still scarce. Based on a photo shared on social media, they will have fried whiting, fried shrimp and French fries among their offerings.
We’ve reached out to the owners for more details on the menu and when they hope to open, so stay tuned.
