Another new retail tenant is on its way to the growing One Loudoun development in Ashburn. The Burn has learned that a Kendra Scott store is in the works for the center.
Kendra Scott is a boutique that specializes in jewelry, watches, personalized gifts and more. The designer brand launched brick-and-mortar stores in 2010 and there are now more than 100 locations.
Kendra Scott will take a roughly 1,400 s.f. corner space on Exchange Street. It will be at the other end of the same block from the Sweetgreen restaurant.
There are already three Kendra Scott locations in Northern Virginia, according to the company’s website. The other locations are in Reston, Fairfax, and Tysons.

The deal is the latest in a concerted effort by the leasing team at One Loudoun to bring in more retailers to complement the many restaurants in the center.
The move kicked into high gear with the arrival of Sephora in 2022, followed by Lululemon, Warby Parky, Lovesac, and Madison Reed.
Other new retailers on the way include a Southern Tide clothing shop, a LensCrafters store, and an Arhaus furniture store.
