The much anticipated Ebisu Sushi and Thai restaurant coming to downtown Leesburg has pulled back the veil just a bit on their plans with a first look at the eatery’s debut menu.
As the name clearly states, Ebisu will specialize in Japanese and Thai food. The menu includes “favorites” such as a Miso Ramen, a Panang Curry, and a Stir Fry Broccoli.
There will be fresh made sushi and sashimi, as well as appetizers, soups, salads, noodle dishes, curries, and more. You can see the menu on the restaurant’s website here.
Ebisu is taking over the prime spot on the southwest corner of King Street and Loudoun Street in downtown Leesburg. The Burn first broke the news back in July.
That building was previously the longtime home to Delirium, a Belgian beer cafe. Delirium closed earlier this year.
