The Burn has learned that Venture X has signed a deal to take roughly 16,000 s.f. on the second floor of the Bram Quarter development in Ashburn’s Brambleton community.

Venture X — which already has a large operation at One Loudoun in Ashburn — offers private offices and co-working spaces at facilities across the country.

It’s an opportunity to get the benefits of a larger office environment — receptionists, coffee and snack service, conference rooms, etc. for small businesses or local teams from larger businesses.

The new Venture X will be owned and operated by Richie and Charissa Parsons of Purcellville. They are also the owners of the One Loudoun location as well as a Venture X at the Mosaic District in Fairfax. They are also working on locations in Frederick, Maryland and Nashville, Tennessee.

“Bram Quarter is such a beautiful building and we fell in love with it immediately. Huge windows with great views and Paris Baguette a few steps away? I want to work there myself,” said Richie Parsons. “We think this location will be a great option for people who have been sitting on waitlists to get an office in the Venture X in One Loudoun.”

The new location in Brambleton will feature roughly 60 private offices when its done. Target completion is late summer 2025.

Bram Quarter is located at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mill Road.

The lower level is home to Loudoun’s first Paris Baguette restaurant and it’s anticipated that other restaurants will eventually join the center as well.
