The constructions crews working on the new Dairy Queen Chill & Grill restaurant coming to Sterling have installed the signs on the facade of the building. And we have an update on when the restaurant will open as well.
As regular readers know, the DQ Chill & Grill is coming to 22060 Railcar Drive in Sterling. That’s near the intersection of State Road 28 West Church Road.
It’s in the same retail development with The Human Bean drive-thru coffee shop, a 7-Eleven store, and the new Goodwill store as well.
The franchisees of this location have told The Burn that they are currently targeting an opening around February. Could be a little sooner if things really click along, but February is the objective right now.

This will be only the second Chill & Grill location in Loudoun County. The other one is in Leesburg.
While there are several “ice cream treats-only” DQs around, the Chill & Grill concept has a larger menu that includes burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, fries and more.
