It looks like its out with the old pho and in with the new at the Worldgate Centre in Herndon. The retail plaza is getting ready to welcome the latest Pho Duong restaurant location.
The brand — which already has three other locations in Northern Virginia — is taking over the 1,700 s.f. location that was previously home to a different pho restaurant called Pho 2000.
According to the restaurant’s website, Pho Duong already has restaurants in Fairfax, Centreville, and Burke.
A banner out front at Worldgate says Pho Duong is coming soon and on social media, there is a post about a grand opening special that is starting on December 24.

If you’re new to pho, it is a Vietnamese soup, usually made with beef stock and spices, and then mixed with noodles and thin slices of chicken or beef.
The Pho Duong menu also includes appetizers, fried noodle dishes, rice dishes, and many other Vietnamese specialties.
