A temporary banner is hanging on the exterior of the future Taco Bamba Taqueria location in Sterling and a peek inside shows that they are making quick progress.
Regular readers know that Taco Bamba is coming to the Cascades Marketplace shopping center at Cascade Parkway and Palisade Parkway. The Burn first broke the news back in November 2023.
It’s taken over a long vacant space that years ago was a Baja Fresh Mexican restaurant.
We took a look inside where full walls and half walls have been added and some equipment is on site as well. After sitting idle for much of the year, there has been a lot of progress in the past month or so.
Still no firm opening date yet, but the company’s website says they are aiming to open in “Winter 2025” — so that gives them until March 20 to hit that target, unless they end up having to push.
