A new quick service restaurant has opened in Loudoun County specializing in Egyptian cuisine. It’s called Sultana Mediterranean and it’s located at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall in Sterling.
The Burn first reported on Sultana back in October and its plans to open in the food court at the mall.
Well, the restaurant opened this week and we have more details — including a first look at the menu.
Grilled chicken is the speciality of the house and you can get a quarter, half, or whole chicken as well as chicken in bowls, in wraps, and on salads.
Sides include yellow rice, fries, Greek salad, hummus, and more. Sultana also has vegetarian wraps with eggplant, tomatoes, onions and other ingredients.
On the sweet side, they have a crepe made with Dubai chocolate — the pistachio-packed chocolate made famous on TikTok. You can see more of the menu in the image below.
