Readers may recall that back in September, we reported on plans to open a brewery at the White’s Ferry Manor in Loudoun County.
We have learned they are starting a soft opening this weekend, December 21-22 with hours from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for now. These weekend hours will continue into the new year as they slowly ramp up.
And we also have a first look at the new beer and food menus at the establishment.
Among the eight beers that will be offered, according to the menu — there is a White Ferry Pilsner, a Dubbel Trouble, and a Cologne Crossing.
On the food side of things, there are Veggie Samosas, a Pesto Flatbread, Tacos, Wings, and various burgers. There is also a line-up of well-loved pizza pies. You can see the full menus below.
White’s Ferry Manor is a popular wedding site near the shores of the Potomac River north of Leesburg.
The venue leans into both American-style and Indian-style weddings and the menu for the new brewery reflects that with a mixture of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
