Things are progressing quickly at the new Biryani Grill restaurant coming to Ashburn. This week, the sign was installed over the doorway of the new Indian-themed eatery.
It’s the latest change to the building that was for years the site of Ashburn’s Red Robin restaurant by the Shoppes of Ryan Park retail center.
That’s the Giant-anchored center next to Home Depot off Shellhorn Road.
As The Burn reported back in October, the folks from the Biryani Grill location in the Stone Ridge community in southern Loudoun have decided to expand into Ashburn with not one, but two locations.
They took the former Red Robing building. They are also bringing a new restaurant to the Brambleton Corner Plaza center at the intersection of Evergreen Mill Road and Northstar Boulevard.
While work is well underway on Ryan Park location, we don’t believe construction has started on the Brambleton location yet.
