The new Ford’s Fish Shack in Loudoun County officially opened its doors this afternoon — Tuesday, January 7 — and The Burn has a peek inside the new space.
It’s located at the East Gate Marketplace shopping center off Highway 50 in Chantilly. That’s the same center with the Harris Teeter, the King Spa, and the Velocity Wings restaurant.
As we’ve been reporting for the couple of years, Ford’s closed its location a couple of miles to the west in order to build a brand new home its restaurant.
The interior is done up in shades of blue, white, and natural wood tones. There are brass-like style fixtures and the whole place has a subtle nautical vibe without going overboard and having ropes and buoys hanging everywhere.
The new building also has additional spaces behind Ford’s for anywhere from two to four other tenants. No businesses for those spaces have been announced yet.
Besides the new Chantilly spot, Ford’s Fish Shack also has locations in Ashburn and Lansdowne, plus a couple of mobile food trucks.
