The new CHIKO Chinese-Korean restaurant headed to Loudoun County is getting ready to open — and The Burn has a sneak peek inside the new space.
As we’ve been reporting, CHIKO is coming to the Cascades Marketplace shopping center in Sterling. It’s taken over the nearly 2,600 s.f. space that used to be a Noodles & Co. restaurant.
It’s grand opening is scheduled for Friday, February 7 at 5 p.m. There will be a ribbon cutting and guests on that first day will receive a free sample of the brand’s popular dumplings.
There are four other CHIKO locations in DC and Northern Virginia, plus one in California. The new CHIKO in Sterling will be a bit different from the others.
Instead of being a fast-casual restaurant where you order at the counter, this CHIKO will be full service with waiters. There will also be a full bar.
We’re told the menu at the Sterling CHIKO will feature all the favorite dishes from the other stores, but also include some new items unique to this location.
