The Paris Baguette bakery and restaurant chain continues its rapid push into Loudoun County. The Burn has learned that a third store is in the works.
A local Paris Baguette franchisee has signed a deal to bring a new store to the Cascades Marketplace shopping center.
That’s the center north of Route 7 off Palisades Parkway with in Sterling with the Home Depot store next door.
The center has seen a flurry of announcements of new tenants in recent months – and now Paris Baguette is joining the stampede.
It will be taking roughly 2,800 s.f. in the small, freestanding building that used to be the center’s Hallmark store.
The space in the building has been divided in half and Paris Baguette will fill one half. It will be adjacent to a small park, and the bakery will have an outside patio overlooking it.
It will join the upcoming Brasserie Royale, Shake Shack, Taco Bamba, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill, and CHIKO — which are all coming to the center.
The first Paris Baguette in the county opened in Brambleton back in April of last year.
The French-Asian themed brand is similar in style to a Panera – with baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes, but also a menu of savory breakfast and lunch items as well. You can check out the restaurant’s menu here.
