Loudoun’s new Qdoba restaurant almost ready to open

The Burn passed by the new Qdoba Mexican Eats restuarant that is under construction in Loudoun County — and a peek in the windows shows it’s nearly finished inside.

Tables and chairs line the small dining room, the service counter is in place, and the digital menu boards are even illuminated and ready to go.

Qdoba is opening in the Ashbrook Commons shopping plaza in Ashburn. That’s near the intersection of Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard.

Qdoba has taken over the space vacated by the Sweet Frog froyo shop.

We reached out to the folks opening the new store and they said they don’t have a specific opening date yet, but they are aiming for late February hopefully — or otherwise early March.

Qdoba isn’t the only new restaurant coming to Ashbrook Commons. As we’ve reported a new Rush Bowls shop is also under construction and looking to open in March.
