Dr. Manolya Martin brings expertise to Rehab 2 Perform’s new Reston location

Rehab 2 Perform’s 11th location located in Reston is more than just a milestone — it’s a homecoming for Dr. Manolya Martin, Site Director and Female Health Specialist.

Growing up in Ashburn, Dr. Manolya’s journey from competitive figure skater and cheerleader to physical therapist has come full circle. She now brings her passion for pregnancy and postpartum care to serve the community that shaped her.

Dr. Manolya’s roots run deep in Northern Virginia. From competing at the Ashburn Ice House to cheering at Broad Run High School — where she now coaches JV Cheer — her love for movement led her to cheer at the College of Charleston and earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.

“It’s a dream come true to give back to the community that shaped me,” she shared. Her lifelong passion for coaching and movement inspired her specialization in pregnancy and postpartum care.

Dr. Manolya offers personalized care for women navigating pregnancy and motherhood, focusing on reducing pain, improving core strength, managing postpartum issues like diastasis recti, and guiding safe recovery.

“My goal is to empower women to feel strong and confident during this transformative time,” she explained.

Rehab 2 Perform combines physical therapy and personal training, creating a unique experience for active adults, athletes, and new moms. With its innovative approach, the Reston facility helps patients move with confidence, achieve goals, and reduce the risk of injuries.
