First signage for Southern Tide has gone up at One Loudoun

The first signage has gone up at the future Southern Tide store in Ashburn’s One Loudoun center — and with it has comes a shuffle of some of the retailers there.

Southern Tide is a men’s and women’s clothing shop founded in 2006 and specializing in “classic, coastal apparel.”

As The Burn first reported back in October, Southern Tide is taking a 1,380 s.f. space next door to The Yard Milkshake Bar on Exchange Street.

The store is just one of several new shops and restaurants announced for the center, including an Arhaus furniture store, a Bartaco restaurant, a Tatte Bakery & Cafe, and more.

With Southern Tide getting ready to start work on its new store space, the short-term tenant in that spot — Urbi Goods — has moved to a spot on Thorndike Street next door to the Starbucks. Urbi Goods is a handcrafted jewelry boutique.

Meanwhile, another tenant at One Loudoun called Handmade by LMAC has also moved. The store — which features crafts and wares made by artisans around the region — has moved to a larger space next door to the Pho Nomenal restaurant.
