The slowly developing Arrowbrook Center in Herndon has added two more tenants to its roster of businesses in the retail center off Centreville Road.
A new brewery of some sort is taking a 2,100 s.f. space in the center while a yoga studio will occupy a similarly sized unit next door.
The brewery is called NH 44 Brewing, according to the landlord, but other details are still scarce at this point.
The yoga studio will be the new home of True North Power Yoga. The studio currently has a pop-up spot a few blocks away in the Village Center at Dulles shopping center, but will be moving to Arrowbrook later this year.
Arrowbrook Center is a residential and retail center located just south of the Dulles Toll Road (267) at Centreville Road. Other tenants there include Paris Baguette, a Peter Chang restaurant, the Hello 2 India grocery store, as well as the upcoming Kyuramen ramen restaurant and TBaar bubble tea shop.
