The sign has gone up on the front of the new Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant in Ashburn — and we’ve got a tentative date for the opening.
According to the restaurant’s Google business listing, the target date is Monday, March 3. Of course, that’s still a few weeks away and that date could slide a little as the last minute permits are sought and so forth.
As regular readers know, the first Qdoba in Loudoun County is coming to the Ashbrook Commons shopping center. That’s near Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard.
It has taken over the space that was left empty last year when Sweet Frog moved out suddenly.
The new Qdoba looks nearly finished inside, with digital menu boards already turned on, so we’ll stay on top of the opening date and keep you posted.
