Loudoun County is getting a new home for youth soccer players looking for indoor training. Morsink Soccer Academy (MSA) will open the doors to its training facility in June 2025.
The 11,000 sq ft. facility is dedicated to MSAs philosophy of holistic player development, equipped with turf training fields, a strength and recovery gym, education center, massage room and fitness studio, all geared towards developing elite athletes.
From toddlers stepping onto a field for the first time, to D1 collegiate athletes, MSA has a unique approach that focuses on personalized, holistic player development.
“While many DMV area soccer clubs emphasize excessive on-the-field activity, MSAs approach is grounded in a belief that premier athletes thrive when trained in both mental and physical elements of the game and when embedded in a community of supportive colleagues and trainers,” said Kyle Morsink, the facility’s owner and MSAs President and Technical Director.

MSA offers a range of services, including weekly summer camps for ages 5 to 17, personal/group training, match analysis, recovery training, mindset seminars, and its highly regarded college consulting service, which recently placed over 20 players in top collegiate programs.
Morsink brings over 30 years of experience playing, coaching and working with athletes across the globe.

In his youth, Morskink was part of the Costa Rican national team youth system and a four-year starter at James Madison University. He went on to work with youth and professional athletes as a coach and agent and has spent the last 15 years building a team of expert coaches grounded in MSA’s philosophy.

Morsink is also a Loudoun resident and dad of 2 young kids. “I am fueled by my desire to create a positive, supportive soccer community for parents and players alike,” he added.
