The Reston community is one step closer to getting its brunch on now that construction work has started on the town’s new First Watch restaurant.
As regular readers know, First Watch is taking over the former Carrabba’s Italian Grill spot at 12192 Sunset Hills Road.
A big dumpster is sitting in front of the 6,500 s.f. building and workers are removing the former Carrabba’s fixtures in order to rebuild it as a First Watch.
The menu at First Watch features breakfast and brunch dishes such as omelettes, waffles, salads, and sandwiches. They also offer a line-up of brunch-style cocktails.
First Watch is making a big move into the region. Loudoun County has had two locations open in recent years — with another new First Watch in Sterling nearing completion.
