Loudoun’s first Qdoba restaurant officially opens next week

Fans of the Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant chain rejoice — the first Loudoun County location for the brand is ready to rock and roll. Opening day is officially next Monday, March 24.

That’s the word from the Qdoba team who we spoke to today during training at the new store in the Ashbrook Commons shopping center in Ashburn.

The Burn first broke the news about Qdoba coming last summer. It took over the space vacated by a Sweet Frog froyo shop and work has been underway for several months refurbishing it into the new restaurant.

We’re told that the new Qdoba may open for certain windows of time this coming weekend in order to give their staff some practice, so if you’re in the area, check it out.

On Monday, as part of the grand opening hoopla, the first 100 people in line will win free burritos for a year.

Qdoba got its start back in 1995 and today, the company has more than 700 locations around the country.
