A change is afoot at the Ashburn Farm Market Center shopping plaza. One restaurant has closed and a new one is already in the works to take its place.
Here’s what we’ve learned — the Indian and Pakistani restaurant Mirazaan Cuisine has apparently shut its doors for good. The windows are already covered over with brown paper.
But a new restaurant called Baba Chicken is intending to take over the 1,400 s.f space.
We believe the new restaurant will also be Indian-themed in nature because a “help wanted” sign on the window says they need an “Indian chef” along with kitchen helpers, servers, and a dishwasher.
We’ve reached out to people connected with the upcoming Baba Chicken to find out more about the menu and the timeline to opening, but haven’t gotten any response so far.
