New Saahil Restaurant in Sterling unveils debut menu

The new “elevated” Pakistani restaurant Saahil is getting closer to opening and they have unveiled their debut menu for the world to see.

It was last December when we first reported on the plans for Saahil. It’s opening in a vacant space next to the Big Blue Swim School at the Dulles 28 Centre.

That’s the shopping plaza behind the Target and Wegmans at Waxpool Road and Pacific Boulevard.

“At Saahil Restaurant, we believe in weaving the tapestry of our heritage through culinary artistry,” the restaurant’s website reads. “Each dish is a journey through culture, blending tradition and innovation, where every flavor tells a story, and every bite feels like home.”

The menus at Saahil include a noteworthy element – a 7-course tasting menu, offered in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Dishes on the menus include Chicken Yakhni served with a boiled egg, a Bihari Fish Curry, and Karachi Nalli Nihari – which are slow-cooked lamb shanks seasoned with Pakistani spices.

You can see the full Saahil menu below. We’re told by the team at the restaurant that they are aiming for a mid-June opening.
