Baker’s Crust in Ashburn launches new brunch-centric menu today

Today is the big day – Thursday, April 3. The Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen restaurant in Ashburn officially begins their transformation into a breakfast and brunch-focused eatery with the launch of a new menu.

And one of the highlights is the addition of New York’s beloved Ess-A-Bagels to the lineup at Baker’s Crust. The bagels are shipped here to Ashburn straight from NYC and baked fresh.

The Burn first broke the story about the big change a month ago.

The new menu includes bagel sandwiches, waffles, flapjacks, French toast, omelettes and Eggs Benedict, as well as salads and sandwiches.

They also have açai bowls, smoothies, and a full brunch cocktail menu. You can see the entire reimagined Baker’s Crust menu below.

With the new menu comes new hours. The restaurant – which is located in the Belmont Chase shopping center – will now be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. That allows them to focus on the breakfast, brunch, and lunch crowd.

They also have a special “Happy Hour” section of the menu with items only available in the 3 to 5 p.m. portion of the day.
