Exciting times ahead for local diners and shoppers as the next phase of the One Loudoun development “goes vertical” – a construction industry term meaning the walls are going up.
Construction crews have started to build the first of a series of new buildings that will have restaurant and retail on the ground floor with offices or residences above. The project will form a new block of Exchange Street that runs through the center.
As The Burn has reported, this new phase will usher in some exciting new tenants.
Among those announced so far – an Arhaus furniture store, a Tatte Bakery & Cafe, a Van Leeuwen ice cream shop, a Bartaco restaurant, and a new boutique hotel.
Meanwhile, several other new businesses are coming to other spots in One Loudoun.
A Lenscrafters and a Southern Tide store both recently opened. And a Falafel Inc restaurant and a Kendra Scott boutique are supposed to be coming soon.
