Changes are afoot in the Ashburn pizza restaurant scene. One pizza place is moving locations and a new pizza place is coming in.
Here’s what we’ve learned — first, the Rai’s Pizza spot at the Ashburn Ice House is moving just a few blocks up the road.
As you may know, Rai’s Pizza and the nearby Rai’s Rendezvous restaurant – located at the corner of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Farmwell Road – both have the same owners. So, they are consolidating locations. Rai’s Pizza will operate as a takeout- and delivery-only restaurant from inside Rai’s Rendezvous.
Meanwhile, the now-vacant restaurant space at the Ashburn Ice House will be taken over by a new pizza outlet called Pizza Theory. We don’t have any details on their menu just yet, so stay tuned.
