Pretty soon you won’t be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a Paris Baguette here in Loudoun County. The Burn has confirmed that the international brand’s third location in LoCo is underway.
Loyal readers may recall that back in January we reported that a local franchisee for Paris Baguette had signed a lease for a new spot in the Cascades Marketplace shopping center.
The restaurant – which is similar to a Panera and features French-Asian inspired pastries, baked goods, and sandwiches – is taking part of the space that was previously a Banner’s Gold Crown Hallmark store.
That’s right across the street from the newly opened CHIKO restaurant.
Paris Baguette temporary signage is up on the front of the store and construction crews are at work inside the space.
There’s no official opening date scheduled yet. Right now plans just call for the new Cascades spot to open sometime this coming summer.
There is already a Paris Baguette in Ashburn’s Brambleton community, off Loudoun County Parkway.
And as we’ve reported, there is another Paris Baguette in LoCo currently under construction as well.
That one is at the Shops at Russell Branch center in Leesburg. You can see our latest report on that location here.
