The new Shake Shack coming to the Reston Town Center has provided an update on their target for opening. As of right now, they are aiming for June if all goes well.
The popular burger and milkshake chain has taken over the nearly 2,800 s.f. space that for many years was The Counter, a similar “better burger” brand.
When a reporter for The Burn passed by, the Shake Shack signs were up on the exterior and construction on the space was well underway.
Shake Shack – which got its start in 2004 in NYC – now has some 400 locations across the country and around the world.
Here in Northern Virginia, there are already several Shake Shacks across the region. In Loudoun County, one is in the works for the Cascades Marketplace shopping center in Sterling.
