Some big news for the ladies of Loudoun County. Drybar has announced it is bringing one of its famous salons to our environs.
According to the company, the new Drybar location will be at One Loudoun in Ashburn.
It’s apparently going into a space right next door to the Alamo Drafthouse movie theater. The space is currently occupied by an AT&T store.
Drybar was founded in 2010 and now has roughly 100 locations across the United States. The closest one currently to Loudoun is over at the Reston Town Center.
Drybar is a salon that specializes in blowouts – they will wash a client’s hair, then blow dry and style it. They don’t cut or color hair or offer other typical salon services. Basically just styling.
One Loudoun previously had a similar salon called Flow Beauty Bar, but it appears that establishment closed during the pandemic and did not return.
No word yet on when Drybar will open in Ashburn. Right now, it’s just listed as “coming soon.”
