First Watch in Sterling celebrates opening day

The new First Watch restaurant in Sterling officially opened its doors this morning, Monday, April 21. It’s located in the Potomac Run Plaza shopping center.

As regular readers know, First Watch took over the former Outback Steakhouse building – and then gave it what can only be called an extreme makeover.

As you can see in the photos, both the interior and the exterior – including the dining patio – look nothing like the old Outback.

This is the third First Watch location in Loudoun County. The first one opened in Leesburg in 2021 and then a second one opened in South Riding in 2022.

There is also a First Watch under construction as we speak in Reston. It has taken over the former Carrabba’s restaurant building on Sunset Hills Road. An opening date there should be announced soon.
