The slowly growing lifestyle center in Reston known as Halley Rise has another new tenant open for business. The latest is a new Panera Bread restaurant.
Panera opened this week at 2041 Fulton Place. That’s right across the street from the Wegmans grocery store in the center.
The Burn first reported on the plans for a Panera at that spot back in January 2024. Now, it’s up and running.
It features both a counter for placing orders as well as self-ordering kiosks. It also has a large grab-and-go area for orders placed online. There are also two modest dining room spaces as well.
When fully built out, the Halley Rise development is supposed to have multiple buildings with residences, offices, and retail.
